Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

i think there is a lot of custom scripts going around these days and i end up packaging my custom scripts into a GHA because i like the portability and ease of access. but i was thinking it would be nice to be able t drag a script node up into the tool bar and have it dock there for use every time grasshopper is opened. it would be a lot like the shelf in maya where you can drag mel/python scrips into a tab for use later.

What about the icon?

i think a generic icon is fine as long as there can be a description property that exposes itself to the main search. so if i set the description in the script to be "mayaParticle2GH" i can find it in the search box. but if you can include a way to add a icon file that would be great too. i think in the same manner that you can add custom dll's to a script node.

i am thinking the way it would work is that there is a directory in the grasshopper folder that holds a copy of the script and icon after it is dragged onto the toolbar.
Nice idea, I like the maya way
