Generating non planar surfaces from line-like curves

Hi everyone, 

I was wondering if someone could help me out! I'm trying to generate surfaces from the line-line curves created from the voronoi pattern. But seeing as they are non planar, I cant seem to generate these. Does someone have an idea how I could achieve this?

Planar voronoi panels are not an easy task. However, you can easily triangulate the panels.
