Cap on non planar loft

Hi everyone! 

I have a quick question, is there any way that I could cap a lofted surface which is not planar? I made it from a polyline with (0,0,0) which is why I think the cap component isn't working, can anybody tell me if there is another way of doing this?

you can split (shatter) the closed curve into two similar parts (without undercut) and loft them...
