attract points with points

I've been looking for and answer in the forum all day  but I couldn't fine anything that simple.

I have a non regular grid of points  in a planar surface and I just need to attract some of the points with especific points in space (given by rhino - GREEN POINTS IN PICTURE)

So.. I know there is a lot of attraction curves that change the radius of circles, etc..

but is there any way to MOVE the points close to the specific points???
