Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hey guys!

I have a serious problem with the 3dvoronoi component: instead of turning red and saying that the component fails to collect the right data, it appears grey, creates only “null“ as output and nothing appears inside rhino. Why does it not create the voronoi cells? How can I solve this problem? Thank you very much for your help!!!

By the way, I use Rhinoceros 4.0 SR 09 and GH 0.8.0066

Upload your unique definition....

Or can simply update the grasshopper.....

1) Rhino5 x64 2012.09.13 Grasshopper 2012.09.14 ----- BUG

2) Rhino4 x32 sr9 Grasshopper 2012.09.14 ---- OK

3) Rhino5 x32 2012.08.08 Grasshopper 2012.09.21 ---- OK

Try this....

Unfortunately I do not have earlier versions, you may try rhino 5.0

http://download.rhino3d.com/rhino/5.0/

It's nothing to do with the Runtimes. The problem seems to be .NET 3.5

You need 3.5 to run Grasshopper on Rhino4. Install this and try again: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=21

And why in the Rhino 5 x64 these bugs with 3d voronoi component?

There is a bug in the Rhino5 SDK for creating trimmed planar surfaces out of closed planar curves. I'm trying to track it down but it's in C++ which is tough going for me.

I'm glad you got it.
