algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi, 

I'm trying to split a mesh into two parts depending on its area, meaning that if the mesh is greater than 1,00m2 then it should split into two diferent meshes. 

I have been trying to do this through different components and I have just come across the MeshSplit and the DisjointMesh components but none of those seem to work..

Can someone please tell me how I can achieve this??

Yes! that really helps! I think the one I need is the "splited mesh" but I found the component MeshSplit and it asks me for the original mesh M and the splitters (Which are also required to be meshes).. Do you know how I could do this with a line as shown in your picture?
