My "Trim with Region" function will only trim some of the lines

Hello,

I am currently working on a project in which I need all lines trimmed by a boundary. However, when I place these lines into the Trim with Region function, only a few will be trimmed while the others will not. It's not as if a certain area won't trim, but they are scattered. They were all created the same way in which I took points and drew a line from the point straight up the Y axis. If anyone knows what is going on, I would very much appreciate it. Thanks!

Oh and those circles are trimmed with the same command and had no problem. At first I thought maybe it was a list issue, but even then, the circles would have the same list issue. I tried flattening it, but it did absolutely nothing. Thanks again.

Sorry, I thought I had already did it in my post. Obviously not. Here is the file, it does not have any Rhino geometry scripted in it so it can open on a new file. Thanks again.

To make it work shortage only this stuff, everything else optimization.
