Interpolate Curve of Arcs based on points, Arc centers and radii

I am in a pickle.

I know exact what I need but I do not have the skills to write it. (VB, C#) I was wondering if someone has something like this or could help me out.

I am looking to make a component which interpolates curves based on the intersecting points (as interpolate currently does) but create arc segments, of which I have both arc centers and their radii.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
