ClosestMeshPoint

Hi all,

can someone help me ClosestMeshPoint() method failures? Ive a mesh and a set of points. For some points the ClosestMeshPoint() retruns null. It would be great to understand how the method works and what possible reasons for the failure are.

Hi Tach,

I'll need to see an example of where it fails. If the input is a valid mesh and a valid point, I don't think it should ever fail, unless you're using a maximumdistance that doesn't yield any answers.

Thanks a lot David. -- I had something wrong somewhere else -- that made me think the ClosestMeshPoint() returned null. Sorry about that and thanks again for your reply!
