Kermin,

you'll have to create a pane surface that exceeds the curve boundingbox, then intersect curve and surface. I believe in Rhino5 we're adding special curve/surface/brep/mesh -> plane intersection algorithms.

Is that how you are implementing the Curve-Plane intersection component in GH?

Yes, for now. But once the specific plane intersectors become available I'll probably switch.
