Successive Pattern

What I want to do is move each curve in a list a successive length away from the next.  I would imagine this would be easy in GH but I can't figure it out.... For example, I have 5 curves in a list I will loft together but I don't want them equally spaced.  I want the distance between each to get greater... distance 1 = 2m; distance 2 = 4m; distance 3 = 16m; distance 4 = 256m... so that each distance is squared, but still in the same list

thanks.. not exactly what I was looking for.. I might have figured out what I wanted but now I just can't figure out how to get a function to work for the "n"th root of a value... where you would have two inputs
