algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello everybody,
I'm trying to make a definition for draw a structure like this picture:
I have some problems whit the definition of the structure because looks bad, confused and not clean...
I attach the .3dm and .gh files, if someone wants give me some fix...thanks!!
