divide distance + perp frams question

I have a curve and have used divide distance on it for equal segments between nodes,but this leaves me with a bit of line left over. My question is how can i use perp frames to pick up those points from divide distance,instead of inputting a number of prep frames which will account for the entire line, thus landing off my points. thanks.
