same as the Absolute and Relative document tolerances for 3dm files. Basically, unrolling (like a lot of operations) can be solved to a specified accuracy. If you want more accuracy then you'll end up with a nurbs curve/surface that has more control-points. You'll need to decide what accuracy you want in order to end up with the simplest geometry still acceptable.

Additionally, RelativeTolerance is usually associated with intrinsic properties, for example deviations "along" a surface or curve itself, and AbsoluteTolerance with the evaluation of new entities, like the computation of intersections, reprojections and splits.
