algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Item was out of range

Hi, everyone I am new to GH. I am trying to achieve circle packing effect. And I downloaded a definition which works great. The problem is when I adjusted the input values. The error message comes out: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name:index(line:0)

I am not good at VB and could not fix it. Would someone like to check the coding and help me out? Thanks!

i am trying 2d pattern, and the circle sizes are different base on the given points. It seems different from what the link shows.
