algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Create 3D Voronoi from surface

Hi 

I have tried to work with this file from Anisimov http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/3d-voronoi-4 but i can't get the surface divided into 3D voronoi. 

I select the surface from Brep, but are unsure about the further process, and why you also need to select a point?

Voronoi are made from points.
