algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Curve Boolean

I have a bunch of overlapping lines and my goal is to make each shape the grid of lines makes into a cell, similar to rhino curve Boolean. How can I go about this?

Here is a very ugly solution using isovist.

It is slow and probably bugged, I have some ideas for a clean iterative topological solution using Hoopsnake but it would require some time to tinker.
