Making Slots for U & V Struts to fit into each other in "Waffle" form

Hey everybody,

Attached are my rhino & grasshopper file for an attempt at a waffle pattern based on a brep surface.

I'm trying to put points at each intersection of U and V top curves, as well as the intersections of bottom curves. I figure if I can locate where the two axes intersect, I can place a rectangle shape there and make slots for the two pieces to fit together.

Please let me know of any better way to do this. I've tried using definitions (such as lift architect's) and haven't had any luck.

I tried to use the intersect curve-to-curve component to show the points of intersection, but it only displays one intersection per strut.

Please help, thanks!

try using flatten on the ccx, see if that does what you want

Yeah, that worked. Would you mind explaining why the flatten option did that? Thanks a lot.
