Move points creating a polyline by parameters created by the polyline itself

Good day!

I'm struggling with creating a polyline (or lines between points, they don't have to be one line) with are using itself to change it's geometry.

The goal is to, from the points created by dividing a curve, offset them with a static value and then by weaving the original points and the offseted ones create a polyline. The points must be offseted in the direction perpendicular to the polylinesegment created just after the first original point and the second offseted point.

Below is my try, here I use the normal from the curve controlling the original points for the offset direction

Any suggestions?

Thank you Pieter for your quick answer! I'm having problem opening the file tho...

I'm using GH 8.0010 and Rhino 4.0 SR9

Unable to read beyond the end of the stream.

Why not update GH? Or check the image:
I'm using a computer at my university and the IT-dep take ages to update software here. Thanks for the image!
