algorithmic modeling for Rhino

selection not highlighting in rhino window

Sorry for such a basic question, but for some reason after updating my GH, after selecting a geometry in the grasshopper window, it doesn't highlight (turn green) in the rhino window. And some items are now missing from the canvas toolbar. Any ideas? Thanks.

It was a bug in this version that the default preview and selection preview default to red. Go to preferences and you can make it any color you want.

Thanks... Do I need to change this in every new file I make or there's a way to save the settings?
