algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Couldn't help but think that this year's siggraph rhino booth was a bit of a missed opportunity... just a couple computers set up with rhino 5? shouldn't there have been a big screen running live demos and/or presentations of grasshopper?! and another big screen running a slide show and/or demo reel of eye-catching work being done in rhino/grasshopper? or... just something to pull people in -- there was little to draw in someone not already in the rhino choir...
just seems like a lot of interest and curiosity could have been generated...

Hi Derek,
I'm all for that, but I'm biased :)
Please make sure Bob McNeel knows how you feel about this.

Interesting... we were thinking of the opposite. No big screen or graphics, just a nice area to sit down and open laptops with an espresso machine in a quieter corner.
I guess we could set up a system so user could load on their demo and have that running on a big screen.
We go to SIGGRAPH to talk to Rhino users. When we did made a bigger splash, we spent most of our time explaining to Maya users why anyone might care about higher precision modeling. We never got to spend much time with our users.
