algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Doeas anyone know why the pipes overlap right at the connection?
This tutorial is from: http://digitaltoolbox.info/grasshopper-intermediate/4pt-surface/
I have uploaded the rhino curves and the GH.

Hi there,
It is because you have many overlapping pipe geometries due to the polylines you created> try it out with single lines.. see the attached file..

Thanks M.
Not sure I understand as I am new to this but you are using a completely different button. Is this simply because of using a new version of GH? Is the merge function just cutting the overlap? IN my version it seems to be the pipe that makes it get longer as when I click on the line or pline button they are the correct length........ just worked it out. I set the boolean on the Pline to be true.... but your way looks better...
Hi Timothy,
No,, the merge component just organizes the lines into a stream of data with the order I decided.. In your case you avoid the overlapping by creating only lines not polylines. I don't know exactly where the core of this issue lies> maybe David does< but I know how to avoid it...

M.
