algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I'm trying to apply 5 attractors to a scene, but the only method i know for attractors is by the distance between 2 or 1 and a centre point. Why can't i just assign 5 points instead of one? Seems like a reasonable thing to do.. Please help!

thanks

try with the Closest Point Component (Find closest point in a point collection.)

Thanks for the help, Manuel!

All my points are on the same plane, so i am not sure what it will take the distance from? This seems promising but i cannot tell exactly what i am getting as my output (p)
i have circles whose radius starts at each point of a point grid. if i could make each one choose the closest point to i, i'd be done. What i have produced looks like all the circles have chosen one point as the centre point

found this excellent script in case anyone else is having the same difficulty!

you don't need the script... you are using a "old" version of grasshopper, and your division value is too low...
