Galapagos--the switching speed of slider

Hi everyone

I am now using grasshopperVB to call Ecotect Simulation . The galapagos switches the sliders too fast while the simulation is time-comsuming , it always makes my pc collape(as the picture shows) . So I wonder if there is any way to set the switching speed of Galapagos or sliders

Is this latest grasshopper (v0.8.0010 )? I think the behavior you are seeing is related to similar I've seen with my own plugins (evaluating Structural Analysis results).

I believe there was a change in this version of GH as unnecessary results were being produced when multiple sliders are utilized.

For me, I've still been using GH0.8.0009 for relevant galapagos runs until I get a chance to discuss with David, maybe this might also work for you (it's likely it's taking a lot longer to solve if it is computing unnecessary results, but at least it's working).
