Sorry, no. This function has not been exposed in the SDK. We'll see about getting it added for Rhino5.

Hey Arthur,

Some time ago I put together a definition that uses the Rhino "patch" command from within a VB-component. I slightly altered it to make it work for a networkSrf.
What it does is:
- bake the inputCurves
- create a networkSrf
- delete the curves again
- link the surface back into Grashopper and delete the baked surface

You can imput any amount of curves that are "reasonable" to make a "networkSrf".
I've only created a very quick example - well, its not a very good example for that method really... but you see how it works...
