Error to import data GSA in Rhino

Hi,

The problem may be because I use GH0.8.0010.

Please help me for this problem

Hi Mirco,

 

This looks like a European decimal delimiter issue, take a look at the gwa data, are decimal places denoted by a comma?

 

Run the rhino command ssiGSAProps and check the comma option in the options tab.

 

Let me know if this doesn't fix it.

Hi Jon,

Ok I solved the problem, when I export the data file (txt) I choose the decimal units.

But there is a problem often when I import the file GWA in rhino, rhino crash.

Hi Mirco,

 

I'm enabling a bunch of new Grasshopper routines for conducting analysis and extracting results (including principal stress vectors).

 

The trouble with the file importing/exporting of gsa text results is that the user can nominate various options for the exporting.  

 

I'm happy to assist with applying these new routines to your specific model if you can post it here or email it to me.
