algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I’ve got a Craftsman tool that broke, and I’m not sure how to handle the warranty claim. Has anyone gone through this before?

I had to deal with a busted drill recently, so I get it. I reached out to contact craftsman, and they walked me through the warranty process. Turns out, you need proof of purchase and the model number handy when you call. Once I submitted the claim, they sent me a replacement part pretty quickly. It’s a bit of a hassle, but they came through for me in the end.
