algorithmic modeling for Rhino
I have been thinking about buying a pizza oven for a while now, but I still haven't decided on one. I plan to cook pizza in my backyard, so I am attracted to wood-fired models. On the other hand, gas ones seem easier to maintain. Does anyone already use such ovens? Which option is more versatile if I want to try cooking not only pizza but also bread? I have been using wood burning pizza oven - Fontana Forni , for a long time and I can say that it is the best solution for those who want to experience the traditional flavor and texture. Fontana Forni USA has some cool options on its website. Also if you are considering gas models, they are there and they are even easier to use, but I like the flavor that a wood stove gives.
