algorithmic modeling for Rhino

view of components

can anyone tell me that why the component view of the grasshopper canvas differ from user to user???some people get them with name,like me..and some only the icon on it,how its possible.one link and one screencapture is attached here

Toggle:  from the MainMenu>View>DrawIcons

You can also mix and match on a component by component basis by toggling through the three options to the right of the name: (default is the spilling paint tin)
