In answer to Nick Wang's last question:

Selected Items in GH show up (by default) as Green Objects in Rhino. Select the components that you want to baked into Rhino and then click the Bake Button from the Toolbar.

If you want only the 3D Model Baking then simply select the two BRep components located beneath the 3D Model Label.
