algorithmic modeling for Rhino

hey guys,

I got a noob question belonging the data structure.. I need to extract the curves which are organized in one of the 32 "boxes". As you can see in the screenshot, there is one curve in the fifth (5) box. Two in the sixth (6) box. Three in the seventh (7) box. and so on...

I am trying to do horizontal sections through the landscape and want to switch through all of them from the bottom to the top.. of course some contours are on the same level..

It would be so great if someone have an answer for my problem. I tried everything with all of the "list-boxes"..

thanks a lot..

So each branch (list) of the tree has contours of the same level ? if yes which are the ones you want to select? to manipulate data that are organized in tree you need to use components from the set/tree tab.

for example if you want the curves from 5th 6th and 7th branch you can use tree branch component inputing the tree and the paths of the branches you want to select, ie {5} {6} etc.

cheers

alex
