How to creat an AUTO TOGGLE in grasshopper ?

My question is how to set a system (#C..) that FOLLOW these steps:
1. Turned the ToggleA to "true" by me
2.then 10 sec later.
3.ToggleA turned to "false" and ToggleB turned to "true" automatic (at the same time )
4.then 10 sec later ToggleB turned to false automatic

Hi Guanlin, please find the attached gh file. I am now using timer because i don't know how to set the frame rate in GH. Hopefully you will find it useful.

Hi..I'm so sorry that i have a promblem after i try the file you gave.
Everything the toggle you designed is Ok. 
(can change "false" and "true" automatic)
but when i link the toggle to a component (Simulation Reset)
It seem can't send the instruction sucessfully 
(The component don't work)
but when i click the toggle by myself , it's ok .......

















Will you have a solution?
