its boundary surfaces. its  under srf/freeform

'Surface | Freeform | Boundary'

It is not Boundary Surfaces (Boundary)

 I didn't find it here

http://rhino.github.io

You could make a surface bigger than the curves and then use surface split to replicate this component.

If it shows up on your canvas, then it is from a component you already have installed, (from a plug-in), or it may be a custom scripting component, or a cluster.

If it's from a plugin that resides on a tab, you can try to press ctrl+alt and click on the component.  This will show you which tab it is on.

If it is a cluster or custom scripting component, you can right click and choose "open cluster/Edit Source/or Open Editor".

Any type of custom component/cluster can have any type of icon associated, (many times is a minor variation on a native GH component icon so it may look "similar", but it's not the same.

So you think it's a cluster something like this?  I'm returning the trimmed curves ('C') as well as the 'Boundary' surface ('S'):

It's a component of some sort!  maybe it's a cluster, I have no idea.  But if it resides on the canvas, then it's either:

a native component, (I'm pretty sure the one pictured in the original post is not?)

a scripting component

or a cluster.

Whatever it is, I only attempted to give some tips on how to identify it.
