add a control Point at a specific Curve

The red points already exist in the curve (use the "control points" component to see your control points)

Here are you options if you really need to make that circle with added points (although im not sure why)

1: make the intersection points, merge with original point list, sort points by curve, try and remake the curve with points, knots, weights (dunno the math to make new weights for the new points)

2: same as above but use a regular nurbs curve (curve is going to deviate heavily from the circle.

3: split the curve at the intersection points - join the curves back together and now it has those control points.
