tree auto-sorting of the branches problem

Hi all, I have a problem with a tree structure, I'm trying find a certain number of paths in a tree with a lot of paths, I know the paths indices,and I want to preserve the order of the indices.

for example, this case the indices are 3 and 1, it's crucial for me that the order of the retrieved paths will be tha same (I want as output first the {3} followed by the {1}, but no matter the method I use, the tree always re-sort the branches in growing order, how can I resort the branches of a tree to match the order of the indices? I don't care about the name of the branches, I only care about the order of the content of each branch.
