algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello, I'm wondering if it is possible to evaluate the normal of a curve using the coordinates of points that are distributed along it, instead of the typical "t".

Here is an image of the curve that I need to evaluate, and the points where I would like to evaluate the curve:

Thanks in Advance!

You can only evaluate a curve at a parameter, not at a point, because most points (to a first approximation all points) do not lie on the curve. What you need to do is use the [Curve CP] component to find the parameter on the curve closest to your point. Then you can use that parameter to measure tangents, normals, curvature, etc. etc.
