Joining Multiple Breps into 1 Breps-Paneling

Hi Everyone, this is my first post!

Grasshopper student here trying to complete our first grasshopper project. I am trying to panel a Rhino surface with my grasshopper geometry. The scale works at 1-1 but as soon as I make it any other variation of that the hollyhock pattern breaks, I suspect because it is not a single Brep. How do I combine multiple Breps into 1? 

I have tried...

Solid Union

Graft Tree

Lots of Flattens

Brep Join

Brep Merge

Region Union

Group the list goes on.

Please Help Grasshopper Gods!
