Set Sine Curve to Existing Curve

Hi, guys.  I am new to Grasshopper and have been experimenting to create a seemingly simple object.  Essentially, I want to create a spiral/helix curve within a certain height and radius that can then be influenced by a sin curve.  I have found a script to create a helix through youtube research, but I've been unsuccessful in placing a sin formula within the script.  Is there anyone out there that would be able to help with that?  I have attached the script I am using and an image of my end goal, which may better explain my issues. I am always open to different helix scripts or whatever.  This program has proven to be a massive learning curve.
