Optimize Cross Section outputs

Is there a way I can extract where the optimized cross sections are located after I use the optimize cross sections component? I disassembled the model to get the different cross sections that my model uses and a list of elements (ex: '148', '149') but I do not know how to interpret/manipulate these numbers so that I know which cross sections apply to which beams.
