Anyone has successful experience with the BESO Shell Component? Any working example is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Yike,

your structure is quite large. One has to set 'Rmin' on the BSEOShell component such that it comprises not only one mesh face (see attached definition). Also one has to play around with the 'Conv'- and 'TargetRatio'-input to get meaningful results.

There is one BESO example that comes with Karamba (see C:\Program Files\Rhinoceros 5.0 (64-bit)\Plug-ins\Karamba\Examples\TestExamples\BESO_Shells).

I will look into the reference listed in the manual and see how to set these values more logically.
