algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi,

I faced with difficulties when were trying to change circle into square in grasshopper.... Could somebody help me, please, with this...it seems I stuck with this problem and also how to make the hight of the extruded elements vary, i.e. to make a curve along which the changes of the volumes could be done...

Thank you very much for help. So, now I have circles, I need squares instead, this I managed to fix I put polygon instead of circle. And now I want to change the hight of the volumes. For example, if I have an attractor and it could influence on the the hight changes. Or if it is possible without attractor would be great.

an attractor point you mean?
If yes: use distance component, to measure the distance(s) from attractor point to the points of your grid, then use these to control the extrusion height.
If no: how would you like to control the heights?

I hope this helps a little bit.  It could be modified to include the use of an attractor point to control height.
