Split/Dispatch data using branch length

Hello,

Attached is a definition with two examples. I'm trying to learn more about data trees and tree operations. 

I have a working definition but it requires duplicating a series of components and I'd like to know if it's possible without and using tree operations instead. 

I have a series of points in the X and Y direction - the branch length of X direction is N10 and Y N16 but the two lists are uneven in length, is it possible to split this data (I've tried with Split Tree and Create Set).

I'm trying to achieve the same result as the first component group in the definition but without having to repeat components.
