algorithmic modeling for Rhino

apply geometry to a surface

Hello guys, I am trying  create an aperture system in a non-linear surface and there are a couple of thing I m having issues.

1- I want to apply the system to a non-linear surface 

2- I would like to rotate all the small round surfaces so then i can extrude them based on direction and how far or close the point is. When i do so everything gets selected at the same time to one point. I'm having a hard time establishing a hierarchic  between big and small apertures.

I am new to grasshopper so I truly appreciate help!
