Color panel linked to answer

Hi, I'm working on a model on Grasshopper. It's a model for testing building constructions. To make a clear model, I would like to change the colour of my panel automatically with the answer. For example, if the answer is true, I would like my panel turning green. If the answer is false, I would like my panel to turn red. 

Is this possible and how can I make this construction in Grasshopper?

Example file please.

Normally you can associate boolean values true / false with color values using dispatch component or similar.

This is an example file. If you change the number slider, than the values change in true of false. I would like that the color of the panel automatically change with the value.

You need scripting for this to handle events of panels.

The vb script attached is from David Rutten is something you can start with coding.

You can also use the metahopper addin to control this without scripting:
