Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi,

I started using GH (0.6.0019) last week and enjoy the interface. My coding background is Processing/Java hence use of C# in this environment.

I've attached two simple working examples of Loft Surfaces. The first generates the curves in C# and passes them to a standard Loft component. The second generates everything in C#.

I'd appreciate any comment and feedback on the structure of the code, especially in the second example where I've made extensive use of an SDK example - being new to this I might have missed an easier method.

I realise that coding isn't required for such simple forms - this is just practise for future projects when custom components might make complexity more manageable.

Hi RJ,

I started using C# components also because I used Processing before. I think you learn quickly, especially if you began with GH only a week ago!

I commented a couple of changes in the code. I hope that they sound meaningful.
Nice to see some more other people using C#! I'm curious about your developments in a month,

Giulio
