Ladybug Mesh Threshold Selector multiple targets could match error

Hi i need a second pair of eyes on the problem:

i've run a daylight hour analysis using ladybug and then am using the mesh threshold selector to get the outline of certain areas. i've used it fine on multiple input surfaces before (even in this same file). but i'm getting an exception that i'm not quite sure what to make of it or how to fix it...

the full text of the message is:

1. Solution exception:Multiple targets could match: Computer(Brep), Computer(Surface), Compute(Ienumerable[GeometryBase]), Compute(Mesh), Compute(Curve), Compute(Hatch)

to me it's telling me my input type is wrong, but i've not changed the inputs i've just changed the base geometry that the daylight hour analysis was run on....

Ideas?

also it only seems to happen when i try to feed this tool the results from more than one isolated ground plane (in this case block boundaries).

it seems like something in the mesh is causing the problem

ok ive noticed a pattern in the problem data:

they always have multiple analysis results that include 0. however this does not entirely hold water because i have valid meshes that also fit this bill.

more to come as i figure out more. for now ive been splitting the input mesh and anaysis results trees and finding the bad branches and culling those branch indexes.
