3 Axis Texture Patterns

So I see a lot of really cool patterns here, but not all our 3 axis CNC'able. The 3 axis can only 'aproach' from the top, not on an angle, so can't due undercuts or pockets.

I recently got access to a 3 axis, and I would really like to play around and mill some cool patterns. What are your guys favourite "3 axis" patterns?

Any ideas if there is a script out there similiar? Or what are the beginning steps to make this...
