algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi Tom,
Thanks for the quick reply and help.
I am not familiar with C#. So I hope there is grasshopper function(s) to solve this issue.
I am missing the foreship. Any idea how to fix that?
Sorting the cutting planes on the X value is easy. But that does not solve the problem of the missing foreship.
Hi Tom,
Thank a lot for this working solution. I will use this.
I hope that someone else will help me with a pure and simple grasshopper solution.
I do not understand why Grasshopper functions like Split work different from the Rhino equivalent. I hope that (in the future) this will change to reduce the learning curve of grasshopper.
Cheers,
Bas
I don't get it why important rhino functions are not available for grasshopper, now grasshopper will be integrated in V6.
Dear Tom, (or others)
I used your C# version and it works. Thanks! But now..... I have a new issue and that has to do with the grasshopper tree. The C# module flattens the tree, while a normal split will provide a tree with branches with all items separated by the split.
The example attached shows that a split at the aft most cutting plane results in to separate items (in this simple case). How can I have these in the same branch based on the split? See also the below picture.
