algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Solide Differences warning!: First Brep is empty !

i am working on a waffle structure definition, where i divide the Ribs (slices) into 4 groups so i can control the way the notches are cut. my definition works fine butthe Solide Differences shows in orange indicating a warning that the first Brep is empty! still the first Brep its not empty!, since i am a newbie to the world of Grasshopper, would appreciate it if any can explain the reason it shows that message.

Hi.

Compare the input data tree of solid difference between attached def.(red group) and yours.
