algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Voronoi ball surface extrusion

So I am having trouble extruding the geometry formed on the sphere after voronoi is applied.

How to proceed if I want the highlighted lines to form planes and to be extruded? 

(like soccer ball I want the voronoi surfaces to extrude perpecdicular to its sphere surface)

any help is appreciated, thanks!
